NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Harbor Commissioners of the Crescent City Harbor District ("District") invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit sealed proposals for the South Beach Bathroom and Shower Facility project. The scope includes:

1. Designing an ADA-compliant bathroom and outdoor shower facility with four parking spaces.
2. Preparing and submitting all necessary permits.
3. Constructing the bathroom/shower facility, including utility connections and parking spaces.

The facility will be located at the intersection of Anchor and Starfish Way, adjacent to South Beach in Crescent City, California.

CLOSED: Project# 2023.04: Design and EA/EIS for Seawall and Citizens' Dock

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Harbor Commissioners of the Crescent City Harbor District (“District”) is inviting qualified and experienced contractors to submit sealed bids for: 1) an initial project design for the construction of a new Seawall and related parking lot; 2) Prepare an initial project design for the construction of a new Citizens' Dock; 3) Prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) / Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) document pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the construction of a new Seawall and a new Citizens' Dock in the Crescent City Harbor District; and 4) Undertake successful completion of the CEQA and NEPA process for both the new Seawall and a new Citizens' Dock repairs to the building located at 121 Starfish Way, as indicated in the RFP available for download below.
